• Interdepartmental selection [which is known by OCER]
• On campus placement
In campus placement you will have to crack 6 to 7 rounds. That is

- Second personal interview
- Head of the department interview
- Interview with corporates of Oberoi group
First 2 rounds [Group discussion and personal interview] will be conduct in your college premises. If you get selected the rest of the rounds would be conduct in Oberoi hotel in New Delhi.
One thing you must keep in mind while preparing for this exam. It is not necessary they are going to select college toppers only .OCLD is not about your technical knowledge. it’s also about your additional personality. Two of my friends was preparing for OCLD .One friend was class topper with 87% marks. He gained abroad technical knowledge. but he could not crack even third round.
but my second friend who was an average student got selected in OCLD. You know why? Because he has invested his time to build his personality. He could play guitar, could sing. He really have lively personality.
So, at the end i just want to say within technical knowledge you must have healthy body, good communication skills and confidence [Do you really have?]
Best of luck.
